Shipping & Returns

Thank you for your purchase at Hovik Art Gallery. We are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. This shipping policy describes the instructions and procedures we follow in accordance with Czech laws when shipping our products worldwide. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following information.

1. Delivery Locations: We offer shipping services worldwide. Regardless of your location, we strive to deliver our products to you on time and efficiently.

2. Shipment Delivery: Delivery times and shipping costs vary in different countries. We deliver within 1-6 business days from the moment you place your order. We dispatch the goods within 48 hours after the invoiced amount is credited to our account. The estimated delivery time via Czech Post is approximately 14 days.

3. Shipping Rates in Czech Republic: including packaging and insurance:

0.5 - 1 kg = 400 CZK / 17 EUR

1 - 3 kg = 1,500 CZK / 64 EUR

3 - 5 kg = 2,500 CZK / 106 EUR

5 - 10 kg = 3,500 CZK / 147 EUR

10 - 15 kg = 5,500 CZK / 250 EUR

Ex. Books weigh 1 kg, canvas oil tubes weigh a maximum of about 3 kg, and bronze sculptures weigh a maximum of 5 - 10 kg.

4. Shipping Methods and Costs: We use various shipping methods depending on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the artwork being sent. The available shipping options and related costs will be presented to you during the payment process. Please note that shipping charges may vary depending on the size, weight of the item, and the place of delivery.

5. Order Processing Time: After successfully submitting your order through our e-shop, please allow us 3 working days to process your order. During peak periods or in the case of custom-made orders, additional processing time may be required. In case of any delay in processing your order, we will inform you promptly.

 

6. Tracking Your Shipment: For your convenience, we provide shipment tracking for all orders. Once your order is dispatched, we will email you the tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. Any additional charges related to customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend familiarizing yourself with the customs regulations of your country and any potential fees that may be charged.

8. Insurance: Insurance is always included when selecting a shipment, so all artworks are protected during transit.

9. Packaging and Handling: We take great care in packaging and handling your artworks to ensure their safe delivery. We use appropriate protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transportation. It is always necessary to use wrapping paper, cardboard, or tubes so that the original packaging is not taped, marked, or otherwise damaged during transport. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

10. Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time of your order will depend on the chosen shipping method and the destination. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance processes and local postal services. We appreciate your patience under such circumstances.

11. Returns and Exchanges: Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for artworks. We recommend carefully reviewing the product descriptions and images before making a purchase. We take pride in the quality and accuracy of our artworks and want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your selection.

 

12. Returns and Exchanges for Damaged Artwork: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us within 3 working days of receiving your order and provide photographic/video evidence of the damaged goods. Upon receiving your notification and evidence, we will assess the situation and provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed in your specific case. Please note that most artworks are unique and usually limited editions, so exchanges depend on availability.

 

13. Lost Shipments: In exceptional cases where your shipment is lost during transportation, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier to locate the package. If the package cannot be found, we will work with you to find a suitable solution based on the circumstances.
