SHAVARSH MURADIAN
Shavarsh Muradian was born in 1936, in Armenia. He received a classical, artistic education over 60 years ago, graduating from the Yerevan Academy of Fine Arts. He became famous for his landscape paintings and passed on his passion for and love of painting to his son, Hovik Muradian. Since 1993 he lives and paints in Prague, the Czech Republic.
His works are presented in private collections in the USA, England, Australia, France, Germany, Holland, Greece, Italy, Spain, Russia, Portugal, Canada, Japan, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Finland, Belgium, Ireland, Israel, Mexico, and many other countries.
Education:
1952-1957 Graduation from the art college, department of Paintings, Yerevan.
1957-1962 Graduation from the art academy, department of Paintings, Yerevan.
Exhibitions:
1963 - International Exhibition of national artists of USSR in Moscow.
1964 - Arts Festival, Moscow.
1965 - Exhibition in the House of Culture, St. Peterburg.
1966 - The House of Armenian Journalists, Yerevan.
1967 - Exhibition of national artists, Yerevan, Armenia.
1968 - Arts Festival, Yerevan, Armenia.
1969 - National exhibition, Yerevan, Armenia.
1970 - until 1993 he had different art exhibitions in the republics of the Soviet Union.
